Question: if the patient has a negative Ab screen do you only look at the blood group i.e. if they are A+ then you would transfuse them with A+. But the donor might have Ag the patient doesn't have so wouldn't they make Ab against them? should you select a donor that is of the same blood group and same Ag expression? What I am trying to say is: why do we only consider ABO compatibility when the Ab screen is negative when the Ag expression could be different between the donor and recipient

Imagine having these while trying to fight scabies going to the ER only to get told you have mental issues the crazy kind...and they can only treat eczema with a cream. Thats when it occurred to me we are being experimented on studied an used as resources as humans by a non human race...they get a kick out of inconsistentcy prime example: knowing about these parasites but unable to get them treated even with the prescribed treatments...but if one of them got sick the Elysium Machine would be ready to roll to eradicate any issue they come in contact with.
